Rajastan Royals
Background
The Rajasthan Royals are a franchise cricket team based in Jaipur, Rajasthan that plays in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Founded in 2008 as one of the initial eight IPL franchises, the team is based at the Sawaii Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur.
The team are sometimes considered as the ‘moneyball’ team of the IPL and won the inaugural edition of the IPL under the captaincy of Shane Warne.
Results
We coordinated a special ‘by invitation only’ breakfast event to launch the Rajasthan Royals Global Marketing Partners Programme in London at the Kia Oval with its global ambassador Shane Warne and Royals’ owner Manoj Badale.
40 c-suite chairpersons, CEOs and marketing directors attended the event along with members of the sports marketing press. Our event secured media coverage across ESPN, Sony, BBC and Sky Sports.
